Prince Rupert's Drops are leaving at the end of the month, so if anyone knows of someone who needs a space here please have them contact me. I prefer to go through referrals from people who use this space rather than flyering and posting on Craig'sList.
So, any leads you guys can come up with are appreciated.
Also, a request for those who pay their rents past the 10th to please try and have the money to me no later than the 15th. Otherwise I will need to begin charging a $20 late fee.

hey all- movin a wurlitzer electric piano out of the space tomorrow (monday) night at about nine pm. if anyone's around and rehearsing and/or wants to make an quick 10 bucks for helping me down the stairs with it i'd be most grateful. if not that's cool- hopefully i won't be disturbin any folks rehearsal... interested parties can holler back right here i guess.
