just a note. due to the fact that my girlfriend moved out a few months ago i've needed to replace her rent monies by finding a room-mate.
alison busch, former drummer for awesome color will be moving in to the second floor. i will be building out a room for her under the loft in the front of the space.
i don't anticipate any problems and she understands to not be around when practices are scheduled.
one request though, please don't continue to bring more items into the room for personal storage. i have to ask that who ever brought the bike frames in to find somewhere else to store them.
