ALSO PLEASE NOTE:
The landlord has raised rent for the space and thus I will have to be increasing everyone's rent by $20 a month. I hope this is okay with everyone.
The increase begins in JULY.
June rent is still the same for everyone.
Please let me know if this will pose a problem for you.
